Afirmativo:
A única regra pra lembrar no afirmativo é o 's' na terceira pessoa do singular. Então, quando for he, she ou it, o verbo leva um 's' no final.
I like \
You like \
He likes \
She likes \
It likes / chocolate cake.
We like /
You like /
They like /
He goes
She tries
Negativo
No negativo, usa-se o auxiliar don't, para I, you, we e they, e doesn't para he, she, it.
I don't like \
You don't like \
He doesn't like \
She doesn't like \ pineapple in pizza.
It doesn't like /
We don't like /
You don't like /
They don't like /
Interrogativo
No interrogativo, o verbo auxiliar (do/does) inverte a posição com o sujeito.
Yes/no questions:
Do I \
Do you \
Does he \
Does she \ like lemon juice?
Does it /
Do we /
Do you /
Do they /
Yes, I do/ No, I don't.
Yes, you do./ No, you don't.
Yes, he does./ No, he doesn't.
Yes, she does./ No, she doesn't.
Yes, it does./ No, it doesn't.
Yes, we do./ No, we don't.
Yes, you do./ No, you don't,
Yes, they do./ No, they don't.
/ do I \
/ do you \
/ does he \
What does she \ like watching on TV?
\ does it /
\ do we /
\ do you /\ do they /
...
